- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm not from this town but this was the only Chase I was able to find. They have only 1 outside drive up atm and it was broken. The branch is huge and surprisingly outdated. No inside auto teller machines like corporate forced upon my small town branch. I had to wait in an incredibly inconvenient long line and they had only 2 tellers available while everyone in line clearly saw other employees sitting and standing about. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The administration keeps on screwing up my student loans and funding, I won't be able to get my loan/grant money until less than 2 months before the semester ends. It's extremely frustrating as I have NO money to afford textbooks, rent, food or anything to survive while I see everyone else walking around with new clothes, backpacks etc. I was trying to be patient but it's frustrating when I pay an extra $3000 for being an out of state student and keep getting screwed. I would advise someone to attend another community college. When I attended college in Florida, I never ran into any of the issues I run into here. I will say the professors are great here but really hard to do well in school when you can't afford any supplies or anything because of the administration...By Lauren Green, September 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with the same insurance company for a while, but it took actually getting an agent that cared about what was important to me, to figure out it was all wrong ! Sean Dean at Mackey and Mackey was very professional and knowledgeable but didn't try to go over my head with insurance lingo or even try to over sell me. What he did do was listen and help guide me to what i needed and what i felt was important to me. Sean was very thorough and also quick, I had my id cards the same day!! hand delivered! you don't find to many people going out of their way for bussiness anymore but Mackey & Mackey still has that old school customer service lost online !!!!!!!!By Alex Rosh, September 11, 2017
